made a tranny crossmember for my frame....when i made it i used my buddies 350 and tranny.....it had one bolt on the bottom the went thru the tranny crossmember..

..i bought a TCI tranny...it has 2 holes in it for bolts....

my question is what do i need to use to make it mount work for the TCI tranny???...is it just as simple as a mount kit?....or are the different, and i need to rework my crossmember..?..

probally a dumb ?...but i dont no much about trannys...

I would check with TCI to see if they make an adapter that works with factory cross members with the one mounting hole. If not, just rework your crossmember, no need to be stressed about making a bracket when you can just modify what you have ya know?

not really a big deal..just trying to find out..

there has to be a bushing or something to mount to the tranny away..cause the holes/nuts on the tranny are the same level as the tranny...i think they should hang down...
