mise well just go head and body dropp to the bottom of the silver stripe... that looks like you could clear the rust that way.

started it back up, i had to take a break to do a trans swap in my daily so this is back

got a few people to come over and help get the cab off. Wasent too bad exept my back is killing me now, lol.

this is what we got done in about an hour...

then rolled it into the freshly cleaned garage.

aired up

backhalf

cab

fuck yea!

next is gonna be stockfloor the frame and clean it all up and por-15 or powdercoat it

got a little more done tonight...

first started off by chopping the backhalf off of the old frame.

then I started gusseting the frame rails...still got about 5 more to do

then I made some little gussets for the lower bar tabs (flux core welds)

then i started smoothing some things out to blend and flow better

coming along good man, but why did you cut the back half loose, are you planning on using all new rails under the cab?

yep gonna custom stock floor it from the front to the back.
